Simplifying CX by identifying key opportunities for the product and the user. Instrumental along with Product and Engineering partners to drive product vision to successful development and delivery.
Translating insights through quantitative and qualitative user research. Defining solutions through facilitating workshops, wireframing and user testing. Delivering value by driving iterative feature updates.
Innovating to simplify – involved in using data and machine learning to make farming predictable and efficient. A deep understanding of the user’s jobs to distil information and deliver what’s most relevant in their journey.

Boring Commerce | 1 Year | Helped Small & Medium Businesses Generate and Multiply Their Conversion
- Building a themeable design system & effective wireframing for scalable designs
- Achieved consistent delivery of high-conversion, no-frills user experience Shopify-based websites
- Hiring, performance management and process optimisation while working with the team to transition from an offline workplace to a virtual workplace

Building together,
Over the years, I’ve been completely focusing on designing and launching products from a Design perspective. Now with 8 years of experience across different verticals of Design – carving six years to UX design, I find the behavioural sciences fascinating. I’m passionate about innovating to simplify – I believe I might have carved myself a niche in this area. Imagine the stories we could narrate and the problems we can solve.
